Terms and conditions.

These terms apply to all contracts between Punto Hispano Pneu und Autoservice GmbH and its customers.

This text is a baseline draft and does not replace legal review. Please have a professional review it before production use.

1. Scope

These terms apply to workshop orders, tire sales, purchases and sales of vehicles, and vehicle rental. Deviating terms of the customer only apply if acknowledged in writing.

2. Estimates

Estimates are non-binding and valid for 30 days. If additional work becomes necessary, we inform the customer beforehand and request approval.

3. Prices and payment

The prices valid at the time of the order apply, incl. VAT. Payment on collection by EC, credit card, TWINT or cash. Invoicing by agreement.

4. Appointments

Booked appointments are binding. Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. A handling fee may apply for no-shows.

5. Warranty

For workshop services we provide warranty per Art. 197 ff. Swiss Code of Obligations. New parts follow the manufacturer's warranty. Wear parts are excluded.

6. Liability

We are liable for proven fault. We accept no liability for items left in the vehicle.

7. Data protection

Personal data is used only to process the order, in line with the Swiss FADP and our privacy statement.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Winterthur, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
